Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
We are currently conducting a dangerous goods (Hazmat) review of the following product(s):
ASIN Quantity
XXXXX 1
We do not have enough Hazmat information to correctly classify the above product(s), and until you provide the necessary information, the product(s) will not be available for sale and you will not be able to ship more of it to Amazon fulfillment centers. We need you to verify that the proper safety data sheet (SDS) or exemption sheet (for battery products and cosmetics) has been provided for each product.
Follow this checklist for SDS:
Check with the manufacturer to make sure you have the most recent SDS (SDSs older than 5 years will not be accepted).
Verify the SDS matches your product listing. Is the listing title the same as the product name?
Verify the SDS includes supplier information (section 1 of the SDS) that corresponds to the supplier information on the product label.
Make sure the SDS includes all 16 standard SDS sections.
Follow this checklist for exemption sheets:
Verify the exemption sheet matches your product listing. Is the listing title the same as the product name?
Make sure the name and date fields are completed.
Make sure the pictogram table (page 2) is entirely filled out (the "Yes/No" column requires an answer).
Make sure the "We have checked" box is ticked, on top of the table you are filling out.
Once your document (SDS or exemption sheet) is ready, please upload it through the following page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com.au/gp/fba/material-safety-data-sheet/index.html.
When the proper information is provided, the review process generally takes four business days. You will receive a notification of the results when the review is complete. As a friendly reminder, please make sure the product description(s) adequately describes the product under review.
Why are we reviewing your product(s)? Amazon is continuously improving its dangerous goods (Hazmat) reviews to identify potential hazmat products. All sellers are responsible for ensuring that products sent to Amazon fulfillment centers comply with FBA policies and any legal requirements regarding dangerous goods, even if they are not currently restricted by FBA.
